TECHNOLOGY
Our practice prides itself on efficiency through use of technology. You will be expected to contact us through our patient portal and we will do the same to contact you. Office postings and updates will be posted on our website and Facebook pages.
OFFICE HOURS
We make every effort to meet the needs of our patients. Please watch our Social Media for valuable information such as extended hours, walk in clinic availability and clinical updates.
INSURANCE
Please make sure we take your specific insurance plan. If there are any questions, call our office and/or check with your specific insurance company.
BILLING AND FEES

APPOINTMENTS
Although we try to accommodate our patients with available same day sick appointments, we encourage you to schedule appointments in advance when possible. This allows you to see your provider and have a better selection of appointment times. Appointments may be scheduled up to 1 year in advance.
